Skincare Specialist
Long ago, Liz fell in love with skincare while working at the Estee Lauder counter at Jacobsons. A self-described “skin nerd” she is usually thinking about skin even when not at work. After getting her license in 2004 Liz worked in plastic surgery for a short while, then dermatology for 13 years. Next year will be 20 years working as an aesthetician.
Liz has experience and certifications with laser hair removal, IPL, BBL, chemical peels, microneedling, laser skin rejuvenation, microdermabrasion, and various skincare lines. Her current favorite treatments to perform is the BBL/Moxi combo and the Picosure Focus Facial.
Her favorite part about her job is designing and tailoring custom skincare plans. Product ingredients, technology, science, and industry trends are all things she loves to talk about, so be prepared for a thorough answer. Recognizing that all skin deserves some love, she loves to see young, old, skin of color, and work with certain skin disorders. She loves a challenge!
When Liz is not working, you can find her in a hammock, kayaking, asking to pet other people’s dogs, birdwatching, travel, anything outdoors, general mischief, collecting records and going to concerts. She lives with her husband Marty and 2 English Bulldogs Big Lil and Ophie.
She would also like her patients to know that getting into skincare can be intimidating, so her treatments are curated to be welcoming with zero pretension so come as you are!
