What is VASER Shape
VASER® Shape is a nonsurgical, noninvasive fat reduction treatment. This body contouring procedure is a comfortable treatment designed to firm and shape problem areas. It can also temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite and help your body’s metabolism by increasing blood circulation in the area being treated.

How does it work?
Unlike other non-invasive body shaping procedures, VASER Shape is a relaxing treatment that feels like a hot-rock massage and lasts one hour for one area. The treatment uses ultrasonic therapy and massage to drain away excess fat and toxins that are then eliminated from the body.

Am I a candidate?
Both men and women can be treated, though ideal candidates are not morbidly obese. If you are within 20 pounds of your ideal weight and want to target a trouble area, VASER Shape might be right for you.

While other non-invasive body contouring procedures may only treat the abdomen, the VASER Shape treats most body areas below the neckline:

  • Abdomen
  • Back
  • Flanks (or “love handles”)
  • Hips
  • Buttocks
  • Arms

Is there a recovery period?
No. After your VASER Shape treatment, you can resume normal activity without pain or downtime. Your skin may appear slightly pink and feel warm after the procedure. This should resolve itself within a few hours after the treatment.

How long will my results last?
VASER Shape is not a weight loss solution and should be done in combination with diet and exercise for best results. Though results are typically seen between three and five treatments, some people see measurable results after one treatment. For best results, VASER Shape is sold as a package of five treatments that are spaced 6 to 10 days apart. Your results should be long-lasting if a healthy lifestyle is maintained without significant weight gain.

Realistic expectations are essential. Be honest with your VASER Shape Specialist about your goals and expectations concerning your results.
