Stephanie Decot brings 20 years of retail and leadership experience as our Manager of Grand Pearl Spa.  Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from Western University, Grand Rapids, MI, and holds two Associate degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Interior Design.  Stephanie’s retail experience comes from an extensive background in the beauty and fashion industry.

She is a seasoned professional with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives related to management, training, education, and client relations. Her strengths include building strong teams and developing long-term relationships with brand representatives. She has achieved significant results related to promoting organizational growth and team development. She consistently drives results through people, processes, and performance.

Stephanie is known in the industry for setting the standard of positive work culture through leading by example and open communication.
