Your safety and the safety of our patients, clients, and staff are very important to us. Please know that we are taking all precautions possible to ensure you are safe during your appointment.
If you are medically able to, we request that you wear a mask that fully covers your mouth and nose. If you are unable to wear your own mask, we have disposable masks available for you.
To ensure your safety and the safety of our staff, we will be pre-screening all scheduled patients. COVID-19 screening will take place on the 7th floor prior to your scheduled appointment.
We are practicing social distancing. Please limit elevator use to two individuals at a time. Please adhere to social-distancing guidelines while waiting for your appointment.
No-touch hand sanitizing units will be available for your use. We ask you to please use it upon arrival and departure.
We ask that patients and clients refrain from bringing additional guests or children to your appointment.
Please note, valet parking will be temporarily suspended and patients will have to self-park in the Amway Parking Structure.
