What is the O-Shot?

It is an injection of PRP (platelet rich plasma) in the vaginal submucosa under the urethra back towards the G spot (bundle of nerve endings) as well as a clitoral injection. Because these areas have been numbed with a local anesthetic cream, patients experience little or no discomfort during the procedure.

What Can the O-Shot do for me?

Once the platelet rich plasma (PRP) is injected in to key areas of the vagina and clitoris, the regenerative cells begin to rejuvenate the vagina tissue. The result is:

• Increased sensitivity and stimulation

•  Tighter vaginal skin

• Increases the ability to have a vaginal orgasm

• Increase natural lubrication form the glands surrounding the clitoris

• Helps to decrease mild stress urinary incontinence

The O-Shot can help women suffering from:

• Low desire

• Difficulty reaching orgasm

• Difficulty becoming aroused

• Painful sex

What should I expect during the procedure?

• Topical anesthetic cream and locally injected anesthetic used to numb the clitoris completely.

• PRP (platelet rich plasma) is injected in the anterior vaginal wall from underneath the bladder neck to the G spot.

• PRP is also injected into the glans clitoris.

Because the areas have been numbed with a local anesthetic cream, you will experience little or no discomfort during the procedure.

How many treatments do I need?

Once yearly, or according to your individual symptoms.

What should I expect during the recovery period?

• Return to normal activities is immediate. If done by itself and not with the DiVa, return to sexual activity is also immediate.

• Immediate increase in sensation due to bulk effect. Some patients may be hypersensitive for the first few days.

• The immediate effect will calm down and over the course of two weeks, patients will return to increase sensation and decreased mild stress urinary incontinence as the PRP increases blood flow, nerve endings, and collage formation.
