What is the SkinCeuticals SkinScope?

Did you know that there are some skin concerns that are only visible under UV light? The SkinCeuticals SkinScope is a diagnostic tool specifically designed to help assess these conditions through the use of two light modes including a simulated daylight mode for visible conditions and an LED-UV light for underlying skin damage.

Daylight Mode

This light mode allows for improved assessment of:

• Fine lines and wrinkles.
• Skin redness and flushing.
• Oily and acne-prone skin.
• Uneven skin tone.

LED-UV Mode

The LED-UV light mode is used to identify concerns that are not visible in everyday light. Healthy skin will reflect back a light blue glow, while unwanted pigmented, dehydration, congestion, and oiliness will be reflected in a number of different colors, including:

• White: Dead skin cells.
• Dark Blue: Dehydrated skin.
• Yellow: Oily areas.
• Brown: Dark spots and pigmentation.
• Orange or Dark Pink: Congested pores and blackheads/whiteheads.
