Kristen Thome is a seasoned medical spa manager with over 20 years’ experience in the medical aesthetics and wellness industry. She oversees all aspects of the day-to-day medical spa operations at Grand Pearl and SkinLab, including staff management and client relations.

Before pursuing her education in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Operations Management at Northwood University, Kristen began her career as a licensed Aesthetician. She is passionate about building a talented team, creating exceptional guest experiences and staying up-to-date on the latest aesthetic technologies and trends.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys reading, cooking, being outdoors, going to the gym, experimenting with new skincare and makeup products, and spending time with family and friends.
